‘How to Rent Casa Longobarda’

Casa Longobarda is available to rent throughout the year. Rentals include the provision of linen and towels and regular maid service. There is central heating for the winter and a cooling system for the heat of summer.

Telephone and internet services are connected.

The accomodation is small and comprises on the Ground Floor:-

Entrance/Dining Hall with stone staircase to first floor.

Living Room/Kitchen with fitted appliances, frescoed wall and sitting area with sofa bed.

On the First Floor there is a small Salon with stone working fireplace, a double bedroomand a very contemporary shower room. There is an additional sofa bed in the salon.

The house is exquisetly furnished in period style and is ideal for 2 people or possibly three.

No children under 12 years old are permitted. No smoking.

There is also an attractive private and sunny garden to the rear of the house with views of the countryside and Monte Grappa, a secluded terrace and a superb sculpture courtyard ideal for suppers in the summer.

There is also a private parking area for 2 cars and automatic gates for access to the rear of the house

Rates:-

200 Euro per night with a minimum booking period of 3 nights.

Late last minute bookings can be accommodated at reduced rates if there is availability.

Welcome packs of basic food supplies can be provided for your arrival and full details of local restaurants, activities, tourist and heritage attractions are fully detailed in the handbook at Casa Longobardo.

Asolo is the ideal location for savouring the outstanding architecture of the Veneto and is only one and a quarter hours by car (or train from Castelfranco) from Venice.

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance should be paid 14 days before date of arrival.
